'PAUSE' - An afternoon of deep rest with Josie

Join Josie for an afternoon of Gentle Breathwork, Restorative Yoga & Nidra on Saturday 19th July 2.30 - 4pm.

In our fast paced & ever-changing world - This offering is an invitation to Pause. Through Breath, Restorative Yoga and Nidra, you’ll be guided into a state of rest that is not only physical, but emotional and energetic.

This is an afternoon to soften the edges, to release effort and to reconnect with the constant, grounded presence that exists within you. Beneath the roles, to-do lists, and the pace of daily life.

All are welcome. No experience necessary.
