Join in the celebration of a shiny new summer with the ancient ritual of 108 Sun Salutations. Cultivate inner and outer strength and grace. Firmly anchor into the present moment. Cleanse, connect, and surrender with this transformative moving meditation.

You will create your personal set of Mala beads to guide you through your practice. Take home an informative handout and your meaningful set of Mala beads.
