Astera Health is offering convenient sports physical clinics for student-athletes this summer. These appointments help ensure your child is healthy and ready for the upcoming sports season.

Appointments are required. Please call to reserve your student’s time slot.

Important: A parent or guardian must attend the appointment to complete required paperwork.
