🍂As the days shorten and autumn deepens, we invite you to join us in the peaceful village of St Issey for an evening of rest, renewal, and inner connection through the healing power of sound.
🍁Guided by Morwenna and Bebhinn, two experienced sound practitioners, this sound bath is a chance to let go of stress and return to balance.
✨ Bebhinn draws on her many years of musical study and sound therapy to create delicate layers of tone and resonance.
✨ Morwenna brings her shamanic and intuitive approach, holding space for release, grounding, and renewal.
Together, they weave a sonic journey with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, voice, drums, and other sacred instruments. Allow the vibrations to wash over and through you ~ Sometimes soft and soothing, sometimes expansive and powerful ~ Helping your body relax, your mind quieten, and your spirit realign.
