About the event

A Joyful Celebration of VE Day 80

A Joyful Celebration of VE Day 80, hosted by St Tudy Historical Society.

Join us for an afternoon of tea & cake, 1940s cocktails, an exhibition about the end of the war and the impact it had on society, and archival film showings.

At 3pm Kernow Swing Dance will demonstrate some popular wartime and post-war dances, with the chance for you to have a go!

Dust off those 'Hits from the Blitz' outfits as 1940s dress is encouraged (but not compulsory)!

All are welcome - FREE entry.
