Embrace Renewal: A Day of Reflection and Nourishment
As we transition into shorter days, nature invites us to slow down and nurture our inner selves. This retreat presents a wonderful opportunity to listen to your inner voice and nourish your spirit.
Retreat Schedule:
Morning Session: The day will commence with earthing and moments of quiet reflection.
Afternoon Gathering: We’ll convene around a fire for a sound journey featuring gongs, crystal bowls, drums, and a variety of elemental and ancient instruments followed by a period of rest, reflection and intension setting for yourself in relation to your local community, and the world.
Culinary Experience:
Our plant-based lunch and snacks are thoughtfully prepared by our chef, Lut, who is devoted to creating healthy, nutritious dishes infused with love and creativity. Freshly baked bread, comforting soups, vibrant trays of roasted vegetables, delightful salads, and scrumptious sweet treats. Lut's cooking reflects the seasons, using organic produce from Old Wood Organic Farm, where sustainable farming practices are prioritised.
Celebration of Veganism:
This day also commemorates the anniversary of The Vegan Society, founded in 1944. It serves as a reminder to recognise and promote the benefits of veganism, encompassing ethical, health, and environmental dimensions.
Together, we will deepen our connection with the Earth and all living beings with whom we share our planet. Engaging with sacred sound, stillness, and the energy of the natural world will enhance your connection to life’s natural rhythms, inspiring greater balance, peace, and intentionality in your everyday existence.
