About the event

Mindfulness Summer Horse Camp 2025

8-12 year olds are invited to learn about their emotional awareness, emotional regulation, self-awareness and relationship awareness through working with horses, art, and yoga.

This is a 4 day, daily event, campers attend all 4 days, 7:30-11:30am. They will learn about all about horses and how to care for horses, grounding and centering skills, the importance of journaling, and more! Campers learn skills to identify emotions and skills to help regulate their emotions.
