Yoga with Kittens - fundraiser for "The Animal Welfare Association"

Kitten Yoga at AWA - Participate in a gentle guided yoga session with Leah Valley,RYT .

During this session, you will also get to socialize and cuddle with adorable kittens to help you further destress and feel more at peace. Who knows - you may even find your furever new playmate!!

This slow flow yoga class moves through sitting and standing poses a little more slowly and holds poses for a little longer. We will practice a flow of yoga poses to connect breath to movement to improve overall well-being. Yoga is good for your health!

Playing with kittens is also good for your health. Doing both together is an unforgettable fun and enjoyable experience.

Participants must be at least 12 years old. Participants that are 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

This class is for yogis of all levels.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water.

The yoga session will take place in our Community Room. Please follow the signs for the Education Center to the rear of the building and enter through the blue doors marked Education Center.
