(Full Moon) Align & Flow Collaboration

✨ Buck Moon, Full Moon Yoga Special – July 10th, 2025 @ 6pm ✨


Join us for a magical evening practice under the energy of the Buck Full Moon! This special yoga session will begin with a gentle warm-up, guiding us toward our peak pose of the day—a celebration of strength, flexibility, and lunar inspiration.


Each class blends Vinyasa flow and Hatha principles, building on what we’ve learned in previous sessions while honoring the powerful energy of this full moon. All levels are welcome, with variations offered for every pose to suit your practice.


We provide blocks and straps, but feel free to bring your own props if you prefer. In collaboration with Visalia Valley Yoga, this will be a special themed class for all students and drop-ins alike.


Please bring:
A yoga mat
A bottle of water
