Yoga for Beginners

An introduction for those completely new to Yoga or for those who have done a little Yoga in the past but have not for some time.

A four week course will teach you basic poses and breathing practices. It will introduce you to simple meditation and relaxation.

You will gain confidence and knowledge and feel ready to embark on a regular Yoga practice.



Maximum 10 students - 4 weeks £60
