Join us on the sand for a calming, all-levels beach yoga class designed to support your body and spirit—wind down with the sunset.
🌊 No mat needed – bring a large towel or blanket, water, and wear what feels comfortable.

All levels are welcome—from curious first-timers to seasoned yogis. Each class offers a gentle, mindful flow designed to ground your energy and leave you feeling refreshed.
📍 Location & Parking:
We meet on the beach at Sandbridge, near the Market Place. Use the City Lot or the Sandbridge Seaside Market parking lot, both located near 2524 Sandpiper Road. There's also a bit of street parking on Porpoise Lane.
🌦 Weather Guidelines:
Classes are typically held when temps are between 65°F and 90°F.
May be cancelled due to excessive heat, winds over 10mph, or rain (based on radar the day of).
Sunset classes end before dark for safety and comfort.
🔔 Stay Updated:
