TWO LEVELS OF INSTRUCTION: The workshop is focused on building upon skills already developed and aiming at progressing the Beg/Novice to Nov/Intermediate Acro Yogi.

SATURDAY EVENING - Acro Playtime! We will crash the beach or a festival or a concert and enjoy the outdoors!
SUNDAY 1p - Beach Acro Day at Bay Oaks Park, Norfolk, VA. Acro on beach, beach fun, SUP Acro, paddleboards, good times & good friends plus the best damn sunset ever!
