Self Care Sunday: Wellness Market & Mingle, happening Sunday, June 1st, 2025!
Self Care Sunday is a free wellness event designed to rejuvenate the body, mind, and spirit. It offers an immersive experience where community members of all backgrounds can explore practices that promote relaxation, mindfulness, and overall well-being in a supportive and inclusive environment. The goal is to foster community around self-care, mindfulness, and health-focused activities.
The event will begin with an all levels yoga flow with sound healing savasana to ground you into the day.
