Circle of Compassion with Laura

Rest in the Circle of Compassion – The state of the world today is heavy, filled with adversity, anger, hate, fear, and uncertainty. Within the Circle of Compassion, we can enjoy a reprieve. Participants will be guided through a grounding meditation; offer self, loved ones, and others in expanding circles to receive compassion; and we will close with integration time – sitting quietly, journaling, and/or sharing about the experience.
Registration is required. July 21st at 6:30pm. $40.
