With 18 years of experience, Abigail Mallia is the co-founder of Take//Two. She directed and produced over 200 hours of TV and film, ranging from gripping dramas to action thrillers and socially relevant comedies. Her work includes THE EVANGELISTS (TV series - 2008), NEVER AFTER (comedy series - 2010), LIMESTONE COWBOY (feature film - 2017), HOLY MARY! (miniseries - 2019) and MERJEN (miniseries - 2020). MERJEN is the first internationally distributed Maltese series. She is an alumni of EAVE and chairperson for MEIA representing Film & TV, and is a pioneer in Malta's indigenous film industry. Her project CASTILLO (2024) has been nominated to be Malta's submissions at the Academy Awards.
