Handstand Workshops with Mikael Kristiansen

We’re beyond excited to host Mikael Kristiansen, internationally recognized circus performer and handbalancer, for a weekend of workshops and intensives this July.

Saturday, July 19th from 2:30 - 5:00 pm:
🤸‍♂️ Handstands Level 1 - 2.5 hours
For those building their foundation. You'll break down technique, entries, balance, and alignment – and gain a roadmap to progress with clarity and purpose.
Pre-reqs: 30 second handstand against the wall

Sunday, July 20th from 4:00 - 6:30 pm:
⚡ Handstands Level 2 - 2.5 hours
Designed for experienced handbalancers ready to refine alignment, explore shape changes, and work toward press-ups and one-arm balances with individualized feedback.
Pre-reqs: 30 second freestanding handstand

Early bird price for each workshop: $175 + gst, ends May 13th
Full price for each workshop: $200 + gst (15% off for members)
