Christ-Centered Yoga Sampler

Ever wondered about different kinds of yoga sessions? Well, this is your chance to try each type that we hold on weekdays. Just like all sessions at Restored Soul Yoga, you will start and end with meditation on God's word and infuse your flow with reminders of truth through scripture.
In an extended session of 90 minutes, try:

Slow Flow- moving gently and gracefully between shapes finding your body's unique expression.

Core and Pelvic Floor-cuing focused on stabilizing and strengthening your core (front, back and sides) and pelvic floor. This also utilizes the tools of corrective exercise, Pilates and myofascial release. Unexpected benefit: back pain relief!

Chair- a surprising mix of strength and balance, we don't just sit down in this class; we use the chair as a prop in order to increase balance and alignment.

Cost is drop-in rate of $20, or $1 for your first class ever. Bring a friend and split the cost-$10 for each of you.
