We're excited to collaborate with Janise to bring you this special class, where Chef Tomo—a molecular nutrition specialist and an Aikido master with 38 years of experience—will introduce simple breathing techniques from Aikido. These techniques help align body and mind, enhancing your focus, relaxation, and overall wellbeing while you cook.

In this class, we take a molecular nutrition approach to reinvent sushi rice—lowering the carbs while increasing protein and essential minerals for a more balanced and nourishing alternative.
We’ll be using gluten-free, carefully selected ingredients to create a visually stunning, delicious, and nutritionally optimized version of Temaki Sushi (Sushi Corn).
