VASD Community Ed Bootcamp

This class combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. Expect to challenge your mind and body as you alternate between high and low intensity exercises through timed intervals or numbered reps of free weights, plyometrics, cardio training, & balance work. Each workout is different! You’ll never get bored of the same workout. The workout can be any of the following formats: Tabata, HIIT, Pilates, strength with weights, bands or just bodyweight. All levels welcome, modifications available. Join us in this relaxed environment for a great workout! (Enter through the Glacier Edge GYM Door in back parking lot by small playground.)
