Slow Flow Yoga

Led by a science educator, this course incorporates knowledge of the human body into each session. Classes are modified for student needs and reinforce consistency and routine for a strong mind-body connection. Please bring your own mat. All levels are welcome.
Location: This class is located in the Tech Ed Hallway by classroom S1525. Please enter High School at main entrance. Once in the atrium, take a left before the elevators and go down the steps.
