Nicholas Theofilis Memorial Blood Drive

Theo was a FC who died in the line of duty while driving an ambulance. Some people are born to be givers, and Nick Theofilis was one. A volunteer firefighter in both Penn Hills and Churchill, and Paramedic at Penn Hills’ EMS Division, Nick died in the line of duty due to an ambulance accident in 2022 He was only 23 years old. Even in death, Nick continued to give because he was an organ donor. Nick was jokingly called the “Mayor” of Penn Hills because he knew and had an impact on so many people in Penn Hills and elsewhere. It is not surprising that Nick was also a blood donor.
