Join us for a day of beer running, bag tossing, raffle winning, music loving, and people connecting! All money raised will be contributed to our fundraising commitment of $7,500 to participate in the Breakthrough T1D Ride in LaCrosse on August 9th.
As many of you know, in January 2024, our son, Levi, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes (T1D) at the age of 10.
We are so grateful to be living in a time where T1D is a manageable chronic illness, nonetheless, it still affects many aspects of daily life. Navigating life with T1D has been tough, but we are settle into a "new norm". Levi is a truly remarkable young man - his strength, bravery, and perspective through this journey are far beyond his years. Levi is motivated to help people like him and someday hopes to help find a cure for T1D.
His dream has inspired us each to cycle 100 miles to raise money for Breakthrough T1D, a non-profit organization funding research for the development of new therapies and treatments for type 1 diabetes.
If he can do hard things, SO CAN WE!
