The Sacred Circle is a heartfelt gathering of women coming together in a safe, supportive space. Through guided meditation, energy healing, and open conversation, we’ll explore wellness, presence, and connection. This is a chance to slow down, reflect, and nourish your mind, body, and spirit in community.
Judy Holt is a Holistic Health Coach. She will be providing tips on living a holistic lifestyle and detoxing & cleansing the mind body and spirit.
Kate is an Energy Healer and Intuitive Guide. She will be discussing how our physical and emotional states benefit from managing our energetic state, as well as tips on how to be present in our everyday lives.
We will close the evening off with delicious smoothies while Kate provides intuitive guidance through Tarot and Oracle cards.
Join us at Polson Park for a relaxing and peaceful evening. Please bring a yoga mat or chair, and anything else you need to be comfortable.
