This workshop gives participants clear, practical tools to stay safe—physically and mentally.
You’ll learn simple techniques, build awareness, and develop strategies that work in real-life situations. No experience needed.
Led by two-time world champion Sarah and a team of black belt coaches, the session takes a well-rounded approach to self-defense, combining hands-on training with psychological insights.
**All donations go toward a community fund** that helps sponsor individuals and non-profits who may not otherwise have access to this training.
By attending, you’re also helping others stay safe.
