*Experience Biodanza – The Dance of Life*

Join us for an inspiring evening of music, movement, and mindfulness on **Friday, June 27 at 7:30 PM** at the **Okanagan Centre for Spiritual Living**, Vernon.

Biodanza combines guided movement with world music to help you reconnect—with yourself, others, and the present moment. No choreography. No experience needed. Just show up and allow your body to express itself freely.

Through a curated blend of exercises and rhythms, Biodanza fosters authentic connection, emotional expression, and embodied joy. It’s an invitation to feel more, think less—nourishing both spirit and nervous system.

Facilitated by **Marian Starkenbrug**, this series brings heartfelt guidance in a warm, inclusive setting.
