This women’s drum circle is an invitation to step out of the hustle and into the heartbeat of your own body and being.
During this fun, in-person summer gathering, we’ll come together in a circle to reconnect with our natural rhythms and remember the steady rhythm of what truly matters. Through intentional drumming, grounding practices, and shared space, we’ll explore what it means to:
✨ Slow down with intention and listen inward
✨ Take a moment to receive
✨ Find your own rhythm even when it goes against the grain
You don’t need drumming experience to join us, just an open mind and a willingness to be present. This is about feeling into your own rhythm and allowing it to guide you.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in tune with what your body and spirit are asking for.
