NO MOTORS. JUST TAPE, ELBOW GREASE, AND PURE MULLET-POWERED MAYHEM.
Dress like your favorite 80s icon—think big hair, leather pants, neon headbands—and build a flotation device that would make David Lee Roth cry with joy. Name it. Love it. Launch it.
