Zumba Gold Toning with Funky at BT Wednesdays 6pm

Low-Medium Intensity Zumba Gold Toning class is for everyone looking to get a work-out in without the jumping, spinning, running, or intense movements. Come enjoy 40 minutes of great music with a combination of 20 minutes cardio and 20 minutes using 1lb Maraca-style shaker weights. Great for beginners, the actively aging population, or simply those who want something a little less crazy than the high-intensity Zumba formats.

$10 each class.

Wednesday nights at 6pm at Blessed Trinity CES in Maple, ON (230 Hawker Road - in the small gym).
