Pilates Social

Hi, my name is Shana and I am a busy mama of two boys! Despite the many perks of becoming a mom, I found that I lost two things that once meant so much to me. My downtime & my social time. I thought it would be a cool idea to give back both to other moms that feel the same as me. A beginner friendly foundational Pilates reformer class to kickstart our wellness journey while strengthening our body + minds. And to follow, a social gathering with other moms to help us build some new friendships and long lasting genuine connections with each other. Each event includes a delicious matcha latte and Pilates grip socks for each attendee!
