This Mother’s Day, give the gift of peace, presence, and breath.
Join us for a powerful morning in nature—combining a silent hike through the beautiful trails of the Kortright Centre with a grounding Breathwork session under the open sky.
✨ All moms attend FREE as a token of gratitude.
Everyone else is welcome on a donation basis—come support the women in your life, or simply reconnect with yourself.
Spaces are limited for this unique outdoor experience. Start your Mother’s Day with stillness, clarity, and love—before the brunches and busy plans begin.
