Wellness Support Group: A Safe Space for Healing, Connection & Support
Beginning Wednesday, August 6th, Saik’uz members are invited to join the Wellness Support Group every second Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Elders Centre. This event is replacing our previous Talking Circle support group.
This group offers a welcoming, non-judgemental space to connect, reflect, and heal. Whether you're facing addiction, grief, trauma, or feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone. Come as you are.
Each session includes refreshments, a nutritional meal, and the option to participate in smudging, a sharing circle, and drumming. There’s no pressure to talk—listening is enough.
The group is open to all ages, all stories, and all journeys.
Free to attend. No sign-up needed. Drop in anytime.
