Sunset Yoga

Join me as I take you through a relaxing yoga flow as we enjoy the beautiful backdrop of the Gulf. We will finish with a guided meditation that will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for your weekend. Bring a towel, water, and a block or strap if needed. This event is free but love donations are welcomed!! Look for my large yoga flag when you get to the entrance. Message me for any further details. See you all soon!
