Untangle Dance classes - Vancouver

I am delighted to invite you to join a free-movement, one-hour dance classes—an exploration of movement designed to help us untangle, unwind, and energize our bodies.

Led by the teacher, these improvisational sessions focus on movement across different levels—standing, sitting, and lying down—while emphasizing stretching, activation, coordination, and sensory awareness. Guided by sensation, attentive listening to the body, and the joy of movement, the class fosters a fun, liberating experience suitable for everyone. It’s an invitation to connect deeply with rhythm, groove, and the pleasure of expressing ourselves through movement.
