Let the soothing frequencies of a Sound Bath led by Lesley Parris wash over you while Craniosacral Practitioners Amanda Rader & Hamid Shenasi guide your body into deeper states and rest & alignment. Craniosacral therapy uses light touch to release tension in the body, helping you find balance and harmony within.

This evening will be facilitated by Dr. Larissa van As, a naturopathic doctor & wellness educator who blends science with soul. Drawing from her root cause approach & passion for astrology, Larissa will open and close the circle with nervous system education & reflection to help you connect with your inner purpose.
