The Breath Between

​I invite you into something I have been quietly preparing — a space to rest, release, and reconnect in community.

​It is called The Breath Between.

​This experience was created for those moments when life pauses, after something ends, but before what is next has arrived. For many, this space can feel uncertain, lonely, or hard to carry alone.

​Most of us were never taught how to sit in stillness. Our systems learned to stay busy, to do, to perform, to push through. When the body has only ever known motion, stopping can feel like danger.

​The Breath Between is where we learn how.
How to pause without panic.
How to feel safe in the silence.
How to be with ourselves in ways we never knew possible.

​Through The SHIFT Method™, we move gently through breath, guided visualization, bilateral tapping, journaling, and quiet integration.
It is a gentle EMDR informed experience that teaches the brain and body what safety can begin to feel like — slowly, carefully, together.

​How We Will Gather

​In Person — ALL Studio, Vancouver, BC
A warm and grounded space filled with candlelight and quiet presence. Yoga mats will be provided.
We begin in silence, allowing the nervous system to settle before the work begins.

​Virtual — From Wherever You Are
If joining from home feels more supportive, there is also a virtual, anonymous option.
You will be guided to create a small sanctuary in your own space.
