Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes as they guide you into deep relaxation and inner stillness. This is an opportunity to release tension, calm the nervous system, and connect with your true self.
What to Expect:
• Deep rest and relaxation
• A release of stress and mental clutter
• Healing vibrations that support mind-body renewal
How to Prepare
• Bring what you need for comfort during 120 minutes of relaxation:
(yoga mat, pillow, blanket, knee support, eye cover, and water)
• Arrive 15 minutes early to park, check in, and settle. Late entry is not permitted.
Led by Thomas DeSchutter, a seasoned musician with over 40 years of experience in drumming and sound exploration, this session offers a powerful journey into the transformative potential of sound.
