Rx: Go Fast and Picnic

Join us for a little experiment that ends with a picnic!

Toss a toonie in the toonie bin on Sunday August 10th, for a 90 minute westie-based cardio workout!

Not sure how to dance fast without exhausting yourself or your partner? Not a problem!

We’ve enlisted the skills of Amy Shibasaki who will be giving a primer on the topic at 2:30pm.

After, we’ll change and head over to David Lam Park for a well-deserved late afternoon picnic. Yes it’s okay to just come for the picnic. We don’t judge.
