Rope Flow x Jump Rope Vancouver Meetup!

Hey! Hi! Hello! Welcome to Rope Flow Vancouver!

If you're new to rope flow, it's a low impact and fun activity that will get you moving. It's a lot easier and safer than it looks, even kids (as young as 6yrs) and seniors can practice it.

• All ages & skill levels welcomed
• Cooper's Park is sheltered. The event is ON, rain 🌧️ or shine ☀️.
• Don't have a flow rope? We'll have lots of extras!
• Getting there: Free Parking is limited on Pacific Blvd, closest Skytrain Station is Yaletown Roundhouse or Stadium-Chinatown.
• Bring water, comfy shoes, and good vibes.

Ropes available for purchase if you're interested in keeping one and continuing.

P.S. Arrive on-time if you're looking to learn some of the basic moves together!
