Reconnecting With Our Roots

I will guide a small group of women in Vancouver through some postures, movements, meditations and mudras that have helped me to ground down and into my body over the last 25-plus years.

If you are a woman of any age in the Vancouver area and have ever felt lost, ungrounded, or anxious, then I would love it if you would get in touch and if we have space you are in!
This will be a casual experiment where I will share my tools and answer questions. We will play and learn together. It is by donation at location, so you don't pay if you feel you have not received value or just can't afford it. I will be using this gathering to plan my next classes and courses so I will ask for an evaluation which is completely voluntary as well.

We will gather at 1601 Bayshore Drive, inside The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver, BC V6G2V4, on June 22nd at 8am and wrap up at 9:30am.
I will be there by 7:30am, and I'll stick around to tidy up and answer questions until 10am.
