If you’ve been feeling curious about trying something different — something calming, grounding, and deeply restorative — I’d love to invite you to our Full Moon Qigong Sound Bath on Sunday, March 1 (6:00–7:30 PM).
This experience blends gentle Qigong Flow, guided meditation, and a live sound bath, designed to soothe the nervous system, release stress, and bring the body back into balance.
As part of the workshop, participants will also receive a remote Emotion Code session in the days leading up to the event. This is a wonderful way to experience the Emotion Code — an effective energy healing technique that helps clear emotional blocks and support the body’s natural healing ability.
