Pour Paint Meditation

We will be getting MESSY, so please do not wear anything you don't want to get a little paint on to. The paint mixture we are using is a flowing acrylic and will slash. The pour additive mixture is latex based, but we will be wearing gloves. Please let me know if you have a latex allergy or sensitivity ASAP.
Before we get into the paint portion of the event, we will be doing a short guided meditation to visualize some colors to associate with difficult feelings. You will get to go home with your painting but it will take a few days to dry all the way. Keep it on a safe and flat surface for at least 24 hours.
