Archetypes are timeless, universal symbols and patterns that reside in the unconscious mind. From the Hero to the Shadow, the Sage to the Lover, these archetypes shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
What Archetypes Are: Understand Carl Jung’s theory of the collective unconscious and how archetypes shape your identity.
Identify Your Archetypes: Discover which archetypes are at play in your life and how they influence your decisions, relationships, and personal growth.
Integrate Your Shadow: Learn how to recognize and embrace the parts of yourself you may have repressed.
Archetypes in Relationships: Recognize how archetypes play out in your interactions with others and how this awareness can improve your relationships.
What to Bring:
•A journal/notebook to capture and reflect insights during class
•An open heart and mind
•Potluck! If you are able, please bring a dish or snack to share
