Join us for a day at Slocan Park (2750 East 29th Avenue), featuring Publik Secrets and the musical talents of Gamelan Trike Trike and an "on the spot" repair station, hosted by Patchwork Repair Hub.
Come say hello and drop in as you please! Find us behind Slocan Community Hall.
Below is a loose schedule of the day:
2pm - 5pm: Patchwork repair station open for "on the spot mends." We ask that folks only bring 1 item per person.
3pm - 4pm: Gamelan Trike Trike performance
4pm - 6pm: Post Show Mingle
You can get to Slocan Park via the Expo Line and get off at 29th Avenue Station. We are located 200m west of the station. If you are driving, there is free street parking on 29th Avenue, which tends to get quite full on the weekends. There is also some bike parking in front of the Fieldhouse.
