Valentine’s Day has a way of tugging on the heart. We’re often shown an image of how this day should look and feel — shaped by expectations and stories that don’t always reflect our lived experience. When there’s a gap between the image and reality, it can leave many of us feeling lonely or isolated, whether we are in a partnership or not.
This two-hour Breathwork + Meditation experience offers a gentle space to pause, turn inward, and tend to the heart with care. A place to soften the noise, reconnect with yourself, and explore what love means to you.
Through conscious connected breathwork, guided meditation, and time for journaling and reflection, you’re invited to release what’s been held and create space for heart healing.
Together, these practices create space for release, heart healing, and reflection, allowing you to listen inward and anchor what emerges.
This experience is centered on personal inner reflection, held within a shared and supportive space. No prior experience with breathwork or meditation is needed.
You’ll leave with a softer, more spacious connection to your heart and what it needs now, carrying that care forward with you.
