From mouthwatering appetizers to sumptuous main courses and decadent desserts, our culinary team has curated a selection of dishes that will leave you craving for more. Each course is thoughtfully designed to excite your senses and create a memorable dining experience.

MENU DETAILS: Guest choices will be collected via email or phone prior to the event. Guest choices must be received by Wednesday February 11th, 2025 at 5:00pm.

Couples are to choose two options from the Appetizer Course, two options from the Main Course and one option from the Dessert Course.

Shrimp Cocktail: Poached Shrimp, Rose Marie Sauce, Lemon

Fresh Oysters: Four PEI Oysters, Lemon Sriracha, Mignonette, Lemon

MAIN COURSE:

Risotto: Butternut Squash, Sweet Potato, Fried Leaks, Sage, Parmagiano

Cioppino: Cod, Shrimp, Mussels, Tomato & White Wine Broth, Jalapeno Corn Bread

Cornish Hen: Vehetable Bundle, Roasted Baby Red Potatoes, Mushroom Veloute, Herbs, Garlic

Beef Tenderloin: 6oz Angus Beef, Boursin Cheese Potato Croquette, Roasted Vegetables, Bacon Demi Glace

DESSERT COURSE:

Cheesecake Wontons: Strawberries, Cream Cheese, Wontons, Icing Sugar, Whipped Cream

Orange Chocolat Delice: Hazelnut, Chocolate Orange Zest, Coffee Marscarpone

Chocolate Chip Blondie Bar: Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, Chocolate Covered Strawberries
