Explore the art of head movement in this dynamic and technique-driven class designed for Brazilian Zouk and BachaZouk dancers. Whether you're just starting or looking to refine your flow, this class will guide you through the Foundations, safety, expression and musicality of head movement.


We’ll break down technique, transitions, and flow-building drills while keeping the experience musical, connected, and exciting. The goal? To help you feel confident, grounded, expressive, connected and safe!



What You’ll Learn in Module B:
• Key body mechanics for safe head movement
• Core and spine control for stability and fluidity
• Lead and follow techniques for head movement - how to unlock head movment
• Musicality: matching flow with rhythm and phrasing
• Fun combinations and partner drills

Level: Open level – beginner friendly with layered challenges for experienced dancers
