OG of Canadian minimal techno, Mike Shannon rose fast from Ontario’s underground to global stages. Born in Ontario and DJing since his teens, his reputation caught the attention of Richie Hawtin’s Plus 8, setting the stage for a lifelong journey at the forefront of minimal techno. Founder of Cynosure and Haunt, he's shaped the genre with deep, jazz-infused grooves and modular magic.
Now based in Berlin, Shannon runs Cynosure and Haunt Recordings, pushing jazz-laced minimalism and modular synth wizardry. A true craftsman, his work blends deep artistry with cutting-edge sound design — always evolving, always ahead.

Mike McSuede is a veteran of Vancouver’s electronic music scene, DJing for over two decades and gaining recognition for his vinyl-forward style and eclectic sets.
He was a central figure at Open Studios—a beloved Vancouver club and arts space known for its boundary-pushing events—where his regular appearances made him a community favorite.
McSuede’s sets are defined by his deep knowledge of vinyl, curated track selection, and ability to read a crowd. His love for music spans genres—film soundtracks, rare cuts, house, techno—and he’s known for blending them seamlessly.
