Girl Power! Cardio Dance Class

Get ready to sweat, groove, and feel empowered in this high-energy dance workout!

This class is all about celebrating the strength and energy of women through FUN and uplifting dance routines. We'll be moving through a mix of easy-to-follow choreography & freestyle moments to let loose and express yourself!

No dance experience required – just come ready to move and have a great time!


Flow:

- Opening circle
- Dynamic warm-up
- Cardio Dance Party (Shake off stress and boost endorphins)
- Strength (Bodyweight excercises)
- Cool Down
- Closing Cirlce

Accessibility Note:

Showpony Studio exists on the second floor of a commercial building that is only accessible by a flight of stairs.
Please arrive 5-10 mins early to settle, the opening circle will start at 7:00.
