You and your family are invited to have a Taste of Adventure at DSB's Family Jam Conference!
This weekend is designed to answer parent questions and introduce new approaches for earlier support for improved outcomes for your child. You'll learn more about DSB services for young children, explore expanded opportunities to collaborate with community partners, and participate in a variety of activities that will provide you with tips and techniques you can start using today!

INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENTS
Individual assessments with a team with decades of lived experience advocating for people who are Blind or Low Vision who enable people to grow through innovative workshops, courses, and industry experiences.
INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS
STEM Playground, vision assessments, and early learner techniques.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Parent Support Group led by a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI), a parent of a child with Low Vision, and a company CEO with lived experience.
COSTS
Conference registrations are free, including meals. Scholarships are available for transportation expenses
