We’ll begin the evening with a cacao ceremony led by Anki, who will share this gentle, heart-opening plant in a traditional and respectful way. Cacao has been used for generations to support emotional clarity, calm the mind, and connect more deeply with ourselves and others.
Anki will offer a warm drink made from pure ceremonial cacao, along with songs and insights into its cultural roots and traditional uses. This is a chance to slow down, set intentions, and come into a space of connection before we dance.
